RN Registered Nurse Day Shift

Canon Lodge Care Center seeks a compassionate RN for our day shift in Canon City, CO. In this skilled nursing and rehab setting, you'll provide resident-centered care, perform assessments, administer medications, and coordinate individualized care plans for seniors. Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents on the day shift, including assessments and treatments
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols
• Develop, update, and implement individualized resident care plans
• Monitor resident conditions, document accurately, and communicate changes promptly
• Collaborate with CNAs, therapists, and providers to coordinate person-centered care
• Educate residents and families on care plans, medications, and health management
• Maintain infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance standards
• Supervise and support CNAs and other care staff during assigned shifts
