• Manage patient check-in activities, including collecting required information and verifying appointment details upon arrival.
• Answer incoming phone calls, respond to routine questions, and direct messages or inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
• Maintain accurate front office records and support day-to-day administrative tasks for the medical practice.
• Use basic medical terminology appropriately when communicating with patients and internal staff.
