Responsibilities

+ Lead transportation planning and design teams, overseeing delivery of infrastructure projects that affect community mobility.

+ Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality; proactively resolve technical, schedule, and financial issues as they arise.

+ Develop and sustain trusted relationships with public and private sector clients, including state agencies and local municipalities.

+ Contribute to business development through proposal writing, client engagement, and marketing activities.

+ Provide mentorship and professional development to staff within a collaborative, growth-oriented team environment.

+ Navigate complex public processes and obtain municipal approvals for transportation infrastructure projects.

+ Participate in professional organizations and community activities to maintain visibility within the industry.

Requirements

+ B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field

+ 15+ years of experience in transportation, roadway, or highway engineering

+ Active Professional Engineering (PE) license

+ 5+ years of project management experience

+ Financial acumen with hands-on experience using dashboards, metrics, and data-driven performance management

+ Familiarity with PennDOT or PTC design standards

+ Track record of business development success in the transportation sector

+ Proficiency in MS Office;
Micro Station experience preferred
