Key Responsibilities:

• Process weekly and biweekly payroll for all employees.

• Audit timesheets and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

• Manage payroll deductions, garnishments, and benefit updates.

• Prepare and file quarterly payroll tax reports.

• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

• Support internal and external payroll audits.

Core Competencies:

• 2–5 years of payroll processing experience, preferably in a high-volume or manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws and wage and hour regulations.

• Experience with major payroll systems such as ADP, Paycor, or Paychex.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
