You are an accomplished executive ready to shape and lead the future of healthcare interoperability  Associate Vice President, Interoperability Strategy, Operations & Partnerships, you will have an enterprise-wide mandate to architect and operationalize Inovalon’s comprehensive data exchange capability across the healthcare ecosystem. You will drive transformation by building a high-performing organization, cultivating strategic alliances, and translating vision into enterprise value for Inovalon and its clients.

Your executive leadership will position Inovalon at the forefront of secure, scalable, and meaningful healthcare data exchange.

• Set the vision and enterprise strategy for healthcare interoperability, leading the design and execution of a multi-year roadmap spanning all key healthcare data domains (clinical, administrative, claims, provider).

• Architect scalable frameworks and enterprise standards for secure data acquisition, exchange, normalization, and operationalization across Inovalon products and business units.

• Build, lead, and develop a high-impact organization across interoperability strategy, operations, integrations, connectivity, and partner management.

• Forge and strengthen high-value, national partnerships with EHR vendors, HIEs, QHINs, health systems, payers, providers, data aggregators, and technology companies to expand Inovalon's connectivity and competitive positioning.

• Oversee operational excellence by establishing sustainable models, rigorous KPIs/SLAs, governance mechanisms, and continuous improvement initiatives delivering measurable cost, quality, and efficiency outcomes.

• Activate automation, artificial intelligence, and analytics to optimize data acquisition, matching, normalization, quality, and scalability.

• Collaborate at the executive and Board levels to ensure interoperability strategies directly enable Inovalon’s growth, operational performance, customer value, and product innovation.

• Navigate evolving regulatory frameworks, representing Inovalon on compliance, data privacy, emerging standards, and market trends while shaping industry dialogue and direction.

• Serve as a visible subject matter expert and advisor to senior leadership on trends, investments, and enterprise priorities spanning technology, regulatory, operations, and partnerships.

• Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare technology, interoperability, healthcare data, operations, product, platform, strategic partnerships, or related fields, including significant tenure in senior executive roles.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

• Demonstrated expertise in healthcare data exchange technologies and standards (FHIR, HL7, X12/EDI, C-CDA/CCD, APIs, healthcare data networks) as well as proven leadership of enterprise-scale interoperability, integration, or data exchange…
