Quality Control Coordinator (Field Services)

What You'll Do

• Own quality control tasks for both vendor and client submissions, ensuring everything meets standards before moving forward
• Stay connected with vendor partners via phone and email to track progress, share updates, and keep tasks on schedule
• Review vendor photos to confirm work completion and decide if next steps or corrections are needed
• Document actions thoughtfully and thoroughly within our client systems

What You Bring

• Experience in vendor management (mortgage or real estate experience is a strong plus)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, you're clear, concise, and professional
• A proactive mindset, you don't just complete assigned work, you look for what needs attention next
• Attention to detail and a sense of accountability for your work
