Position: Sr Production Operator 2 with Security Clearance

Responsibilities:
* Perform repetitive and non-repetitive production assembly on electronic and mechanical assemblies (modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, cables)
* Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and work instructions
* Execute wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harness fabrication
* Integrate subassemblies into final hardware and small system assemblies
* Conduct basic electrical testing and inspection
* Perform rework, refurbishment, and repair of complex hardware and systems
* Utilize Bills of Material (BOM) and work order tracking systems to ensure build accuracy

Qualifications:

* U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
* High School Diploma or GED
* Active DoD Secret Security Clearance (required at time of hire)
* Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or production assembly experience
* Strong working knowledge of:
* Polarity and inspection criteria
* Bills of Material (BOM)
* Work order tracking systems (ERP/MES)
* Measuring equipment and basic shop math
