Control Panel Wiring Technician

TOPS Staffing is hiring control panel wiring technicians for a growing manufacturer in the Bridgeville, PA area. We are seeking both experienced control panel builders and entry-level electrical graduates looking to start a career in industrial controls.

Open Positions:

• Senior Wiring Technicians (2 Openings) $24.00-$27.00/hour
• 2+ years of control panel wiring experience preferred
• Associate degree is a plus but not required
• Junior Wiring Technicians (2 Openings) $20.00-$23.00/hour
• Associate degree in Electrical Technology with limited or no work experience encouraged to apply
• Candidates without an associates degree but 1 to 2 years of panel wiring experience in a manufacturing setting encouraged to apply

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Build and wire industrial control panels from electrical schematics
• Perform point-to-point wiring
• Install electrical components including relays, breakers, terminal blocks, and control devices
• Route and terminate wiring
• Drill, cut, and modify panel enclosures as needed
• Use hand and power tools to complete panel assembly
• Verify wiring accuracy and ensure quality standards are met

Qualifications:

• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Knowledge of wire color codes and electrical assembly practices
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and produce quality work
