Baylor RN Supervisor (Night shift)
Job Summary: Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at South Hills, a group of Skilled Nursing Facilities in PA, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Baylor RN Supervisor to join our team in Canonsburg, PA. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:Supervise and mentor a team of Registered Nurses (RNs) and other nursing staff to provide exceptional patient care and promote a culture of excellence
Monitor and evaluate patient care processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance quality and efficiency
Participate in performance improvement initiatives to drive quality outcomes and patient satisfaction
Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure a collaborative and supportive work environment
Manage and coordinate patient care activities, including admissions, discharges, and transfers
Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching to team members
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with regulatory and company standards
Qualifications:
Current RN license in the State of Pennsylvania
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a supervisor or leadership role
Strong leadership and communication skills
, with the ability to inspire and motivate a teamExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlinesProficiency in electronic medical records and ability to learn new technologies quickly
