You will provide direct patient care under RN supervision, assist with treatments, document assessments, and support the care team to help patients regain function after illness or surgery.
The role requires a High School/GED and an active LPN license (or eNLC multi-state). Preference for 1 year of healthcare experience and EPIC familiarity.
