As a Registered Nurse Supervisor on our day shift, you will play a vital role in leading our team of nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care
- Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Provide guidance and support to staff members to promote professional growth and development
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff education programs
