Unarmed Security

Valentis Group Inc is seeking Unarmed Security professionals to protect client personnel, assets, and facilities across varied environments. In this role, you will monitor access control, conduct patrols, observe and report suspicious activity, and enforce site policies with professionalism and integrity. You will respond to incidents, complete detailed reports, and support threat mitigation efforts while delivering excellent client service. Responsibilities

• Monitor access control and screen visitors, employees, and contractors
• Conduct interior and exterior security patrols of assigned facilities
• Observe, detect, and report suspicious behavior, safety hazards, and security violations
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies following post orders and protocols
• Complete accurate, timely incident and daily activity reports
• Enforce client policies and site-specific security procedures with professionalism
• Provide courteous, client-focused customer service to staff and visitors
• Coordinate with supervisors, law enforcement, and emergency responders as needed
• Participate in ongoing security and safety training programs
• Support threat mitigation and risk management initiatives on site
