Are you a seasoned Facilities Maintenance Technician within the FMCG space? If so, this opportunity might be perfect for you! We are currently seeking an individual with time served maintenance skills to join a renowned FMCG company near to Canterbury, Kent.

Responsibilities Facilities Maintenance Technician

Efficiently repair various plant and facilities using both reactive and preventative maintenance techniques, including HVAC, control panels and various Industrial systems
Confidence with fault finding
Demonstrate proficiency in both electrical and mechanical principles.
Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the production team to optimise equipment performance and minimise downtime.
Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and provide reports as needed.

Requirements Facilities Maintenance Technician

Previous experience in the FMCG sector.
Qualifications in either carpentry, plumbing or engineering and ability to investigate basic electrical faults.
Relevant understanding of electrical/mechanical engineering.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Commutable distance from Canterbury, Kent.
