I'm working with a leading facilities management company to recruit a Static Electrical Building Services Engineer to look after a small portfolio of four commercial buildings in Canterbury.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer who enjoys being hands-on, takes pride in their work and wants a role offering stability, variety and a strong overall package.

The Role

As a Static Electrical Building Services Engineer, you'll be responsible for keeping four commercial buildings operating safely and efficiently.

Your day-to-day will include:

Planned and reactive electrical maintenance
Fault-finding and repairs
General electrical building services maintenance
Carrying out PPMs and reactive works
Ensuring equipment and systems are maintained to a high standard
Some mechanical maintenance works
Working closely with the client and wider facilities team
Ensuring all works are completed safely and professionally

What We're Looking For

Level 2 in Electrical Installations minimum
18th Edition
Previous experience within commercial building services/facilities maintenance
Strong electrical fault-finding and maintenance skills
Comfortable carrying out some mechanical works
Professional and customer-focused approach
Full UK Driving Licence Looking for your next move?
