Showroom Receptionist Greeter

Mitchell Subaru is seeking a friendly and professional Saturday Showroom Receptionist Greeter to join our team in Canton, CT. This role is integral to creating a welcoming and positive first impression for our customers, ensuring they feel valued and attended to from the moment they enter our showroom. Currently it is for Saturdays only but could lead to a few shifts during the week.

• Greet customers warmly as they enter the showroom and provide a positive first impression of Mitchell Subaru.
• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and organized at all times.
• Assist customers with inquiries, provide information about the dealership, and help coordinate appointments.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to enhance overall customer experience.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Responsible for welcoming the customer, offering them hospitality, and assessing their needs. Support sales processes by assisting management and sales staff.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Prior experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred.
• Availability to work Saturdays.
