Howley Bread Group (HBG) seeks a Cafe Manager to lead daily operations, coach the team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience in our Canton-area cafe. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to maintain quality, service, and safety standards while driving operational excellence.
The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or food service, is 18+, able to pass a background check, and willing to work full-time, including nights and weekends.
