Job Overview
Panera Bread is seeking a Catering Coordinator located at 3867 Canton Avenue, Canton, CT 06019. The position is full‑time and requires Monday through Friday work with occasional weekend availability.
Responsibilities- Ensure our delicious food is delivered on time and accurately.
- Serve as the face of Panera Bread, delivering exceptional customer service to guests.
- Process, prepare, and deliver catering orders to clients.
- Promptly follow up on all customer calls and requests in an efficient and expedient manner.
- Work collaboratively with the cafe team.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and state‑required auto insurance coverage.
- Strong communication and organization skills, with the ability to multi‑task.
- Ability to work well under pressure and resolve customer issues.
- Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift; able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
