Responsibilities
- Permanent position for a Machine Operator working on 1st or 3rd shift with equipment used in extrusion and cable manufacturing.
- Set up of manufacturing equipment and review work orders, materials, specifications and process requirements.
- Maintain production materials and supply items as required for the department.
- Support process engineering developing and documenting new or revised process conditions as assigned.
- Coordinate efforts to correct equipment/process problems in order to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency and yield.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Additional education or technical training preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience as a machine operator.
- CNC machine operation experience preferred.
- Technical or mechanical background required.
- Basic computer skills required.
