- Permanent position for an Extrusion Technician (2nd shift) to operate extruder lines and ancillary equipment associated with cable manufacturing.
- Verify product and process quality.
- Monitor material levels, geometries, spool wind and surface print quality periodically during the run.
- Review and record process conditions as required.
- Review work orders, materials, specifications and process requirements.
- Test and inspect cables to ensure compliance with product drawing specifications, applicable procedures and order specific notes on Work Order.
- Document and verify that cable data is recorded properly.
- Label and package product to ensure proper identification and traceability.
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience in extrusion and/or cable manufacturing experience.
- Technical or mechanical background required.
- Basic computer skills required.
