• handle a high volume of inbound service calls and internet inquiries
• set, confirm, and maximize service appointments
• make outbound calls daily (no exceptions) for follow ups, missed appointments, and service campaigns
• re-engage past clients and drive service retention
• work closely with service advisors to ensure appointments show and convert
• track performance and hit daily/weekly/monthlykpi's

• strong phone presence and confidence closing appointments
• bdc, call center, sales, or automotive experience preferred
• competitive mindset with a drive to win
• ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• organized, consistent, and goal oriented
