Having knowledge of Honda/Acura operating systems are a major plus. Having Finance and Insurance knowledge is needed in order to properly desk a deal.
- Initiate the sales process to ensure success and grow sales by working with customers and sales staff to create positive interactions that lead to increased sales.
- 5 years of Automotive Sales Retail Management Experience
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales volume
- Finance Knowledge
- New Car Management
- CDK e/leads system
- Marketing platform knowledge
- BDC Knowledge
- Vehicle Marketplace knowledge
- 5 Day work week, NO SUNDAYS
