Entry-Level Staff Accountant

Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Entry‑Level Staff Accountant to support daily accounting functions and assist with maintaining accurate financial records in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Process payroll accurately and on schedule
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
- Reconcile accounts and support month‑end close processes
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records
- Support audits, reporting, and additional accounting projects as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Internship or prior accounting experience is a plus
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software preferred
