Overview
House Pro is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our dispatch and management team. In this role you will provide various types of administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. Your responsibilities will vary from data entry, assisting with parts ordering, billing, helping dispatch at high volume call times, various other office tasks, and working on projects as needed.
This position is part time but may evolve into full time as the company grows.
Perform administrative tasks to support office operations, including data entry, parts ordering assistance, billing, and dispatch support during high volume call times, and contribute to various other office tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications- Experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
$15 - $20 Hourly based on experience
