This role offers direct exposure to the President and enterprise-level strategy across a growing marine industry platform. Ideal for candidates with Transaction Services, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Corporate Development, or FP&A backgrounds who want broader responsibility and visibility.
Job OverviewThe Corporate Strategic Analyst is a cross-functional, execution-oriented role designed to support enterprise-level decision-making. This individual acts as a directed analytical extension of the President, supporting a wide range of initiatives including capital allocation, performance analysis, strategic projects, acquisitions, and platform development.
This role is intentionally broad. Priorities will shift, and the analyst must be comfortable working across multiple initiatives while maintaining high analytical rigor and execution quality.

- Perform ad-hoc corporate-level analysis to support strategic and financial decisions
- Assist with capital allocation, investment return analysis, and scenario modeling
- Translate functional and operational decisions into financial implications
- Support FP&A analysis (analysis only; not accounting or close activities)
- Analyze margins, cost drivers, and performance trends
- Assist with forecasting and planning models
- Directly support acquisitions, including sourcing, modeling, diligence, market research and integration analysis
- Assist with evaluating growth initiatives and strategic projects
- Maintain structured views of assumptions, trade-offs, and outcomes
- Prepare presentations for a variety of stakeholders including but not limited to:
Board Directors, internal leadership and lenders. - Synthesize complex information into clear, decision-ready outputs
- Assist with documenting operating and fabrication processes
- Help convert tribal knowledge into structured references to support scalability
- Sit in meetings with the President and senior leaders
- Take structured notes and track decisions and assumptions
- Convert discussions into follow-up analysis and materials
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in Transaction Services, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Corporate Development, or FP&A
- Strong financial analysis, modeling, and quantitative skills
- Position may require occasional travel.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)
