We are seeking a dynamic Enterprise Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence among premier big-box retailers, national grocery chains, and distribution centers. This role requires a proven sales professional who understands the unique environmental compliance and wildlife management challenges facing large-scale commercial operations. The successful candidate will build strategic relationships with C-suite executives, facilities management teams, and procurement decision-makers while positioning our comprehensive environmental services as essential business solutions.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Account DevelopmentDrive new business acquisition within the enterprise retail and distribution sector, targeting accounts with annual revenues exceeding $500M. Develop and execute comprehensive account penetration strategies that identify multiple service opportunities across pest management, wildlife control, environmental compliance, and facility maintenance programs. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through systematic prospecting, relationship building, and consultative selling approaches.
Relationship Management & Consultative SellingEstablish trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders including Chief Operating Officers, Facilities Directors, Risk Management teams, and Regional Operations Managers. Conduct comprehensive facility assessments and environmental risk evaluations to identify service needs and demonstrate measurable value propositions. Present complex technical solutions in clear business terms that align with operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and brand protection objectives.
Revenue Generation & Market ExpansionAchieve annual sales targets through a combination of new client acquisition and existing account expansion. Develop multi-year service agreements that provide predictable revenue streams while delivering exceptional client value. Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities within the environmental services sector, including sustainability initiatives, compliance requirements, and evolving regulatory landscapes.
Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with technical service teams, operations managers, and subject matter experts to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and thought leadership content that supports the sales process. Work with legal and compliance teams to structure agreements that meet both client requirements and company risk management standards.
Required Qualifications Experience & BackgroundMinimum 5-7 years of enterprise B2B sales experience with demonstrated success in complex, consultative sales cycles exceeding $500K annually. Proven track record selling to large retail chains, distribution centers, or similar facility-intensive industries. Experience with environmental services, facilities management, or related technical services strongly preferred.
Consistent achievement of sales quotas with documented success managing sales cycles of 6-18 months involving multiple decision-makers. Demonstrated ability to build and manage a pipeline worth 3-4x annual quota targets. Experience with CRM systems and sales process management, with strong analytical skills for forecasting and territory planning.
Industry Knowledge & Technical AcumenUnderstanding of environmental regulations affecting commercial facilities, including OSHA requirements, EPA compliance, and industry-specific standards. Familiarity with pest management, wildlife control, and environmental remediation services preferred. Knowledge of retail operations, supply chain management, and facilities maintenance challenges highly valued.
Relationship Building & CommunicationExceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with senior executives and technical personnel. Strong presentation and proposal writing capabilities, with experience delivering compelling business cases to C-suite audiences. Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and navigate organizational decision-making processes.
Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Science, or related field. Professional certifications in pest management, environmental compliance, or facilities management are advantageous. Experience with national account management and multi-location service delivery. Background in environmental consulting, facilities services, or related technical industries. Existing relationships within target market segments.
