Place Services, Inc. (PSI) has an immediate need for a Bid Coordinator to sit out of our HQ in Canton, GA
.

The Bid Coordinator will assist our Commercial team to provide accurate and timely bid submissions.

• Communicate with subcontractors and vendors to solicit and secure pricing for materials and service
• Track bid deadlines, statuses, and new opportunities
• Collaborate with PMs, Estimators, Clients and Subcontractors to finalize bid submissions
• Streamline the bid management process

• 1-3+ years of Bid Coordination or Estimation in the Commercial Construction industry
• Ability to multitask - handle multiple projects at once
• Excellent attention to detail - bids can be complicated and robust
• Experience with Construction Software like Planswift, Building Connected, Procore, etc.
