Customer Service Representative– Manufacturing

Canton, GA
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Job Type: Temp / Contract | Full-Time
Shift: 1st | Mon-Fri | 8:30AM–5:00PM

Customer Service Representative– ManufacturingDuties and Requirements:
- Answer and route incoming customer calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Provide accurate order details, pricing, and product availability to customers
- Enter new sales orders into the ERP system with accuracy and timeliness
- Review and verify quotes, order specifications, and customer requirements
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates or delays
- Process order modifications, cancellations, and return requests
- Pull and prepare order-related documents for production and shipping teams
- Maintain up-to-date customer records and internal tracking logs
- Collaborate with manufacturing and logistics departments to ensure timely fulfillment
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks as needed
- Use ERP systems (Epicor, SAP, or similar) for all order processing tasks
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Skills:
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
- Proficiency with ERP software systems such as Epicor or SAP
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
