Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care in our outpatient clinic. This role delivers full-spectrum care for patients of all ages, including preventive services, chronic disease management, acute care, and wellness counseling. The physician will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality, accessible, and coordinated care. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality improvement, patient education, and team-based care.

- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
- Valid Georgia medical license and DEA registration
- Experience in community health or underserved populations preferred
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Provide comprehensive primary care, including histories, exams, diagnosis, and treatment for all ages
- Manage acute conditions and chronic diseases with evidence-based care plans
- Order, review, and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
- Deliver preventive care including physicals, well-child visits, women's health, immunizations, and screenings
- Educate patients on diagnoses, medications, lifestyle changes, and follow-up care
- Collaborate with nurses, MAs, APPs, behavioral health, and specialists to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation and complete required forms (FMLA, disability, etc.)
- Participate in quality improvement, population health efforts, and safe medication practices
