Responsibilities include collaborating with co-teachers to complete daily activities, implementing curriculum, and assisting with diapering, feeding, cleaning, and sanitizing. Teacher Responsibilities:

• Supervision and daily class functions of a group of children
• Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment
• Observe all rules and regulations at Chroma Early Learning Academy and applicable health and safety standards
• Support each child’s social and emotional development and provide positive guidance
• Assess each child's developmental needs on an ongoing basis
• Implement approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedule in accordance with the curriculum
• Maintain an attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages exploration and confident decision-making
• Provide verbal recognition and consistent expectations for behavior
• Attend staff meetings and school functions; maintain professional appearance
• Knowledge of the social, emotional, and creative needs of young children

• Satisfactory Background Check
• 18+ years old
• High school Diploma
