Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated Mechanical Engineer to step into a Project Management role overseeing HVAC installation projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while serving as the primary point of contact for clients and field teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide weekly project updates to customers
- Coordinate permits with local municipalities
- Manage vendors including cranes, rental equipment, and subcontractors
- Travel to job sites (~2 days/week) to supervise crews and ensure progress
- Track schedules, budgets, and project milestones
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel on a consistent but limited basis
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
