Position overview:

We are seeking a motivated mechanical engineer to step into a project management role overseeing HVAC installation projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while serving as the primary point of contact for clients and field teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide weekly project updates to customers
• Coordinate permits with local municipalities
• Manage vendors including cranes, rental equipment, and subcontractors
• Travel to job sites (~2 days/week) to supervise crews and ensure progress
• Track schedules, budgets, and project milestones

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field

Strong communication and organizational skills

Willingness to travel on a consistent but limited basis

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
