Mechanical Engineer – Project Manager (HVAC)
An experienced Mechanical Engineer to manage HVAC projects with a focus on refrigeration and humidification systems while acting as the primary client liaison.

Based in Canton, GA with regional travel requirements.

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with hands-on HVAC experience, including refrigeration and humidification systems, to step into a Project Management role overseeing installations, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful project delivery from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and field crews
- Provide consistent weekly project updates to customers
- Coordinate permits with local municipalities and regulatory agencies
- Manage vendors including cranes, rental equipment, and subcontractors
- Travel to job sites (~2 days/week) to oversee installation progress and quality
- Track project schedules, budgets, and key milestones
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Proven HVAC experience, ideally with refrigeration and humidification systems
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Willingness to travel consistently on a limited basis
