• Partner with clients to understand hiring priorities, organizational structure, and culture.
• Lead executive search engagements end-to-end for Finance & Accounting leadership roles, including:
• CFO, VP Finance, Controller, VP/Director of Accounting, FP&A Leader, Treasury, Tax, Audit, and Finance Transformation leadership
• Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to identify and attract top-tier F&A executive talent.
• Conduct structured candidate assessments, including leadership evaluation, career story alignment, and competency-based screening.
• Provide market intelligence and advisory support to clients around talent availability, compensation, and organizational design.
• Build trusted relationships with candidates and maintain a high-touch experience throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Manage client communication cadence, present shortlists, and guide selection decisions.
• Negotiate offers and finalize employment terms.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client documentation in the ATS/CRM (Loxo).
• Stay current on F&A trends and competitive market dynamics to enhance search strategies.

• 10+ years of executive recruiting or executive search experience, with a meaningful focus in Finance and Accounting.
• Demonstrated ability to run searches for F&A leadership positions across industries (manufacturing, distribution, services, PE-backed, etc.).
• Full-desk exposure (client development + delivery) preferred, or strong client-facing delivery experience with recurring accounts.
• Deep understanding of executive search methodology, sourcing strategy, and candidate evaluation best practices.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to build trust with CFOs, CEOs, and private equity leadership teams.
• High accountability, strong follow-through, and confident working autonomously in a fully remote environment.
• Proficiency with modern recruiting and sourcing tools (ATS/CRM, Linked In, market mapping, etc.).
