Description:
The position involves supporting acute care patients through physician orders throughout the hospital.
The Speech-Language Pathologist addresses a wide variety of medical and surgical diagnoses.
This includes working with ICU patients, as well as those with stroke or neurological conditions.
Dysphagia, respiratory compromise, and cognitive challenges are also part of the responsibilities.
Candidates should be prepared to commit to a minimum of 2 weekends per 4 weeks, with a preference for 4 weekends per month.
