ResponsibilitiesCoordinates daily activities of scheduling staff. Monitors work of assigned staff and acts as a professional resource. Acts as a professional liaison for office staff, and other physician offices.
QualificationsREQUIRED
- One (1) year of clerical experience, with some supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology.
PREFERRED
- Previous experience in admission or scheduling environment in a hospital/medical office environment.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Ability to type forty (40) words per minute.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skill in the utilization of computer applications.
- Demonstrated organizational and communication/customer service skills.
7:15-4:30 M-Th, 7:15-12:15 Friday
