In this hands‑on, tech‑focused role, you’ll be the final and most critical step in delivering our one‑of‑a‑kind simulator environments.

You'll take full ownership of system configuration, AV setup, software training, and client handoff—ensuring a flawless experience every time.

• Technical Setup & Integration
  • Configure high‑performance PC towers in‑house with simulation software (GSPro, TGC 2019, Uneekor, etc.).
  • Install and update firmware, drivers, and operating environments for launch monitors and peripherals.
  • Integrate touch screens, simulators, multi‑sport systems, and shooting software into a single, seamless user experience.
  • Mount and align projectors and TVs with a sharp eye for aspect ratio, keystone, focus, and calibration.
  • Ensure all systems are clean, stable, and ready for client use—both visually and functionally.
• Client Handoff & On‑Site Experience
  • Serve as the client’s personal "Tech Caddie"—train them on how to use their new simulator like a pro.
  • Walk clients through all system features, software navigation, and simulator capabilities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the field or remotely.
  • Maintain white‑glove service standards with attention to cleanliness, professionalism, and empathy.

2+ years’ experience in AV installation, IT support, or tech system integration.

Proficient in Windows 10/11 operating systems and AV configuration.

Comfortable mounting TVs/projectors and working with tools to cleanly finish a setup.

Strong interpersonal skills—you can translate tech‑talk into plain English.

High level of organization and self‑motivation.

Experience with launch monitors or golf simulator software.

Knowledge of golf terminology and simulator performance metrics (spin rate, launch angle, etc.).

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (monitors, PCs, projectors).

Willingness to travel locally for installations and client support.
