Responsibilities
- Manages Security Operations Center (SOC) including staff training, personnel oversight, and staffing; oversees the day to day functions of the SOC; provides support to Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) on the enhancement of cyber defense capability; develops and updates existing SOC processes and procedures; remains current with the latest vendor updates, expansion opportunities, and technology directions utilized within the COH environment;
ensures incident identification, assessment, quantification, reporting, communication, mitigation and monitoring.
Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, computer science, computer technology, or related field or equivalent work experience of 5 or more years.
Certifications- CISSP
- GIAC Continuous Monitoring and Security Operations (GMON)
- GIAC Security Operations Manager (GSOM)
