Softthink Solutions is seeking an On-Site Support Technician to assist City of Canton staff with IT issues. The role covers on-site and remote end-user support, handling tickets, troubleshooting workstations and network problems, and escalation when needed.
The position supports approximately 150 staff and ~250 workstations, with a standard schedule of Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM ET, and on-site requirements at City Hall when necessary.
