- Conduct real estate closings efficiently and accurately.
- Participate in internal meetings and provide insights to develop strategic approaches for client representation.
- Review title work and address title curative issues as needed.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar admission in Georgia.
- Proficiency in Landtech software, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to review and address title issues effectively.
- Experience with Wealth Counsel is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards and professional integrity.
