The Dry Storage Associate is responsible for delivering a superior experience to all of our guests. He/ She along with the Dry Storage Team will schedule vessels for retrieval, storage, and launch. They will also keep the area clean, safe, and well maintained. When they are not working in dry storage, they could be asked to fill in as a dockhand.

• Cleaning vessels when removed from dry storage
• Providesthehighestlevelofcustomerandguestservices,expeditesanyandallrequestsfromvesselsincluding transport of patrons and baggage to and from dockside, delivery of provisions and packages
• Carriesoutroutinecleaningdutiesthatmeetestablishedqualitystandardsforallmarinarelatedoperations;ensures the recognized standards are maintained and that quality, and delivery commitments are met

• Someknowledgeofmarinaoperationsorwillingnesstobetrained in them
• Proven track record or innate ability to interface with customers positively and successfully
• Exhibited ability to quickly and efficiently adapt to change as needed

• Mustbeabletoindependently lift,carry, push,andpulluptothirty(30) pounds
• Mustbeable toswimorbewilling towearapersonal flotationdeviceininstancesof emergency
• Mustbeabletoperformsimplegrasping,finemanipulation,andrepetitivehand&armmovementsfrequently,and squeezing & overhead reaching occasionally
• Must be able to work flexible hours based on the needs of the property to include weekends and holidays as needed.
