Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Schedule OwnershipLead weekly production planning sessions with a detailed 14+ day schedule.
Align with procurement and inventory teams to ensure materials are prepped 2–3 weeks ahead.
Forecast timelines to support revenue recognition and cash flow projections.
Operational Execution & Team CoordinationDeliver clear, bulleted execution plans to Crew Leads via Job Tread.
Manage subcontractor schedules, confirming crews 24 hours in advance and monitoring punctuality.
Oversee accuracy of job logs, photos, and time tracking in Job Tread.
Serve as the key contact for clients, delivering weekly updates and proactive communication.
Ensure clients receive 24–48 hours’ notice for site visits with clear arrival windows.
Maintain a “frictionless” standard—ensuring each client experience is seamless and stress‑free.
Qualifications3–5 years’ experience in project management, scheduling, or operations—construction or AV industry preferred.
Strong proficiency with construction management platforms (Job Tread, Builder Trend, CoConstruct).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—capable of coordinating with crews and conversing with high‑net‑worth clients.
High attention to detail and a proactive problem‑solver.
Familiarity with financial and operational KPIs (e.g., % complete, schedule‑to‑invoice cycle) is a plus.
