We’re on the hunt for a Field Manager who thrives in dynamic environments, loves a good challenge, and can lead a team to victory (or at least to an expertly executed retail transformation!). In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind project execution, coaching Team Leads, supporting Project Managers, and making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine.

✅
Required:

• 2-5 years of fixture installation and/or retail construction experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing multi-site operations.
• 2+ years of leading projects in national big-box retail stores.

✅
Bonus Points if You Have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Experience managing multi-state operations.
• Hands‑on experience meeting with corporate clients.
• Proficiency in project management software like Cruxos.
