Field Manager
Democratic primary campaign seeking a Field Manager to run canvassing operations through Election Day. Hired today and paid training starts as soon as tomorrow.
Lead the campaign's field program by recruiting, training, and managing canvassers; oversee daily staging locations and turf distribution; track voter contact and performance metrics; and ensure high-quality, persuasive voter interactions that build support, generate momentum, and turn out voters in the final push to Election Day.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and organization
- Ability to move fast and problem-solve
- Campaign experience preferred, not required
- NGP VAN / MiniVAN preferred, not required
- Available through Election Day
Higher rate based on experience
