As an Assistant Store Manager at Storage Mart, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Our core values—

• Support Store Operations: Collaborate with the Store Manager to grow the business and maximize sales.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Engage with customers through phone, face-to-face, and email, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
• Facility Maintenance: Open, operate, and close the office. Light maintenance and cleaning to keep the property clean, safe, and secure.
• Account Management: Handle customer accounts, assist with account setup, and perform general administrative tasks, including debt management.
• Travel Between Locations: Occasionally support other stores while maintaining consistent standards across sites.

• Experience: Retail sales and administrative experience is a plus; training is provided for the right candidate.
