Lead Detailer
Lead detailers are responsible for overseeing and coordinating the detailing and maintenance of the boats at your respective One Water Marine location. The ideal candidate is a strong leader and has a passion for ensuring high quality workmanship.
Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of detailers to ensure all boats and marine equipment are detailed to high standards. Organize and delegate daily tasks to the team.
Oversee and assist with the cleaning, waxing, polishing, and conditioning of the interior and exterior of boats.
Inspect completed work for quality and consistency to ensure it meets or exceeds customer expectations. Fix or report any damages found.
Promote a continuous learning environment by training new and existing detailers on best practice, safety protocols, and efficient detailing techniques.
Ensure proper handling and maintenance of all supplies and equipment. Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following all safety protocols.
Partner with the sales and service departments to coordinate detailing work and ensure timelines are met.
Address and resolve customer issues or concerns regarding detailing work.
Any other duties as assigned.
Skills- Excellent attention to detail.

- Strong time management skills with ability to work in fast paced environments.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous detailing experience along with leadership experience preferred.
- Marine and boating experience is a plus.
