Our Canton, GA, location is currently seeking a full-time LTL Order Prep. Scheduled hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00pm, with occasional opportunities to start earlier or stay later depending on business needs.

POSITION SUMMARY: As an LTL Order Prep, you will prepare pallet orders for shipment. This includes tasks such as shrink wrapping and operating a banding machine. You will also cross-train in additional warehouse positions as part of Ubique Group’s “We Move to the Work” approach, which empowers employees to expand their knowledge and skill sets.

RESPONSIBILITIES (Essential Functions):

• Prepare pallets for shipment.
• Operate a banding machine and apply shrink wrap to packages.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment (including sweeping, dusting, and mopping as needed).
• Keep the warehouse organized and orderly at all times.
• Wear and maintain required safety equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to read and interpret safety guidelines and procedures.

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
• Prolonged standing and walking on concrete floors.
• Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and overhead lifting.
• Ability to work in varying environmental conditions (hot/cold).
• Manual dexterity for operating machinery and handling materials.
