CNC Operations Specialist

EIS is seeking a CNC Operations Specialist to support precision processing of materials for industrial, electrical, and electronic customers. In this role, you will set up, operate, and monitor CNC equipment to meet production, quality, and safety targets in a fast-paced wholesale distribution environment. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, performing basic CNC programming and adjustments, completing inspections with measuring tools, and maintaining accurate production records.

You will collaborate with operations and warehouse teams, support continuous improvement, and help ensure reliable, on-time delivery for diverse OEM and MRO applications.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to meet production schedules and quality standards
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
• Perform basic programming, offsets, and tool changes on CNC equipment
• Inspect parts using measuring tools and document quality results
• Troubleshoot machining issues and collaborate to resolve equipment or process problems
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas following EIS safety standards
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and report equipment needs
• Work with warehouse and operations teams to ensure accurate material flow and documentation
