• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and diagnostic evaluations of patients.
• Manage pain effectively through appropriate treatment plans and interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers in case management.
• Document medical histories, treatment plans, and patient progress accurately in medical records.
• Educate patients on health management, preventive care, and treatment options.

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is a mandatory requirement.
• Possession of current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with state licensure for practice is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in the field of Neurology is a prerequisite for this role.
• Proficient in diagnostic evaluation and adept in case management practices.
• Skilled in medical documentation and familiar with electronic health records (EHR) is necessary.
• Excellent communication abilities are needed for effective patient education and collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Must have the flexibility to work varying hours to meet the demands of patient care.
