Job Summary

Med Pro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care) for a 13‑week assignment in Canton, Georgia starting 3/9/2026 (36 hours per week, 12‑hour night shifts).

• Eighteen months of recent experience in an acute‑care NICU setting
• Active RN license
• BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
• Degree from an accredited nursing program
• Additional requirements as determined by client facility

The RN must demonstrate the ability to make clinical judgments and utilize critical thinking effectively, maintain accountability for patient care, and assist others in care management.

• Provide direct and specialized care for newborns requiring close monitoring due to prematurity, birth defects, infection, or other medical conditions.
• Work collaboratively in the NICU with physicians and other health‑care professionals.
• Assist in developing and implementing care plans for high‑risk newborns requiring advanced technology such as ventilators, incubators, or surgical intervention.
