We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Unit Manager RN/LPN to join our team! As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of our nursing unit, providing clinical guidance and supervision to our nursing staff, and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality patient care.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, including LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards of care
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines for patient care and unit operations
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records and reports
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Identify and address any quality of care issues or concerns
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects

• Must have Georgia RN or LPN license
• Should possess patient‑focused skilled nursing experience in a leadership role, superior communication skills, dependability, flexibility and the ability to lead a successful team.
• The ideal candidate should have prior Long Term Care experience, prior management experience, and demonstrate longevity in work history.
